Programme description

The Institute's online courses differ from the usual e-learning at universities because they are used in teaching and further education and are constantly updated.

Our courses are designed so you can complete them independently. We support you in organisational and technical matters, are available for you by phone, e-mail or via the learning environment. You have an academic restorer as direct contact. She will also answer your questions about the content of the course materials, in individual cases also in collaboration with our authors. For some courses we also offer the chance to consult the authors online. An other restorer will support you with technical questions about the learning platform.

  • The courses convey basic knowledge and allow to work regardless of time and place.
  • They are illustrated with hundreds of pictures, diagrams, and multimedia components so that you can comprehend the learning content more easily.
  • With multimedia components and checkpoints, our courses are designed for supervised self-study.
  • After each chapter, there are various checkpoints which use to check your learning progress yourself.
  • Glossaries, literature references and the integration of existing internet resources complement your learning materials.
  • We will help you with content-related or technical questions.
  • After successful completion you will receive a qualified certificate.

If you would like to get a more detailed look at the places of origin of our previous learners, you can find them on an interactive world map.
