Programme description

Art is a pleasure for the senses, it is also the faithful reflection of the era and the society that gave birth to it and one of its most refined cultural manifestations. From rock art paintings from thousands of years ago to the most transgressive performances of today, the different proposals (plastic, architecture, cinematography and other visual arts...) describe an illustrated map of the evolution of the human spirit. The study of the material and patrimonial legacy is also among the fundamental axes of the Degree in Art History, offering a solid formation for those who are professionally interested in the management and safeguarding of Heritage.

In the Degree in Art History you will access the theoretical and practical tools to make it your future profession in the environment of current creative and cultural manifestations as well as in the study of creative processes over time and their legacy.
