Library and Information Studies (Master Program)

Libraries, archives, museums and other information institutions form a solid bridge between searching and finding. People who want to work in such institutions, or who already do, not only need skills in the sustainable procurement, preservation, archiving and accessibility of digital and analog media, as well as metadata management. They must also be able to check and select sources with regard to their information quality, carry out research efficiently and process and evaluate the results.
