Bachelor degree in conservation or a relevant bachelordegree
Programme learning outcomes
The graduate must master the scientific methods, tools and technologies of the subject area within a chosen field of specialisation. Graduates are capable of evaluating and selecting scientific methods, equipment and solution models in connection with conservation and restoration and are capable of developing new analysis and solution models. Graduates are able to independently design and conduct a large-scale study with confident application of scientific theories, methods and tools and drawing on current international research. The graduate is able to independently manage complex and unpredictable working and development processes and to communicate and discuss issues related to conservation to and with both peers and non-specialists. The graduate can independently initiate and carry out conservation professional and interdisciplinary collaboration as well as take responsibility for his or her own professional development and specialisation.

Master degree or a background in reseach

Educational assessment of the educations every 6th year by a external panel. Conservation last assessment was in 2024.
Accreditation of the educational institution every 6th year by The Accreditation Council appointed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science. The Royal Danish Academy was last accredited in 2020.
