Gilders/goldplaters and decorators design and refine objects and surfaces with traditional and modern craft techniques. They apply gold plating of gold leaf to ornamental and everyday objects or cover them with layers of silver leaf, leaf copper or bronze powder. In addition, they repair and restore historical art and furnishings or parts of buildings (e.B. church altars, monuments, tower clocks)
